Solutions Build a new system

You have the idea. We build the system.

From a plan to software that's live and running, with one team accountable the whole way.

01

Getting new software built is where good ideas stall.

You know what you want to build and why it matters: a new system your business will run on, or a product you'll take to market. What's hard is turning that into working software: deciding what belongs in the first version, getting it built well, and launching before the moment passes.

Do it with a single contractor and it's fragile. Do it by hiring a team and you've spent months and a lot of money before a line of code ships.

What this looks like
You have something to build and no team to build it
You need a first version, not a five-year platform
You've been quoted timelines that keep slipping
You want one team accountable, not a cast of freelancers
You have a date you need to hit
02

We plan it, build it, and stay accountable for the result.

The same approach we used to ship BeHeard and Duett: a clear plan first, then a full team that owns the outcome.

01

Set the North Star.

We define who it's for, what the first version must do, and what to leave for later, before anyone writes code.

02

Build the first version.

Design, development, QA, and infrastructure from one team, aimed at a real launch date.

03

Launch and learn.

We ship, watch how it's used, and turn what we learn into the next release.

04

Stay and scale.

We stay accountable after launch, for the enhancements and the growth that follow.

03

Software that's live, not a prototype that stalled.

You get working software in production, built to grow, owned by you, with a team that's still there when the next thing is needed.

One team, one point of accountability, from idea to launch.

The honest version: We build new systems with our full process (design, development, QA, and infrastructure) because our focus is quality and building something that lasts, not a throwaway prototype. That works best when you can commit around $25,000 or more to the build, with the understanding that hosting, infrastructure, and ongoing support add cost after launch. If you're on a tight budget just trying to test an idea, we're usually not the right fit, and we'll tell you on the first call.

One call tells us both whether this fits.

If you're running software you can't afford to have go wrong, thirty minutes is enough to know whether we're the right team for it. If we're not, we'll say so.
